Yin Yoga

This is a medium intensity class which is a mix of Yin and Yang Yoga. The class begins with Yang activity which is more mobile, builds to an apex giving the opportunity to link breath to movement to calm the mind and strengthen the body before calming down into Yin Yoga Postures with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. You will leave refreshed and rejuvenated. Ideal class for all levels wanting a nice mix in a relaxing environment. We recommend attending Yoga class a minimum of 3 times per week for

 

Restorative Yoga

60 MINUTES 

A calming, slower approach to your practice, taking time in each pose to allow the whole body to relax, the mind to settle and to connect with the breath. The body is completely supported by props in our poses to find ease and stillness. Great for those needing to slow down. Meditation is also included in this class.

 

Slow Flow

60 MINUTES 

Slow Flow being originated from more traditional practice of Ashtanga yoga is the best suit for the more modern yogi, surprisingly! These classes teach you strong posture with breath designed to slowly open your body in a meditative flow leaving you feeling rejuvenated and calm. if you are looking to build strength for challenging postures like arm balances and inversions, vinyasa is ideal for you.

 

Vinyasa Yoga (L2)

75 MINUTES

This dynamic form of yoga will challenge you both physically and mentally. In this class you will flow through your postures, connecting with the breath while building strength in the body and increasing your flexibility. Mentally you will see the chatter in the mind slow down, improving your concentration and creating a greater self-awareness.

Kriya Hatha Yoga

Kriya Yoga is described by its practitioners as the ancient Yoga system revived in modern times by Mahavatar Babaji through his disciple Lahiri Mahasaya, 1861. Kriya Yoga was brought to international awareness by Paramahansa Yogananda's book Autobiography of a Yogi and through Yogananda's introductions of the practice to the west from 1920. Kriya Yoga is the "Yoga of Practice".

In Pranayama & Meditation, you will be guided into a deeper exploration of your own pranayama and meditation practice, which will then serve as the fertile ground from which your learning or teaching will grow.

 

Satsang

Satsang is a word which comes from Sanskrit, meaning "to associate with true people", to be in the company of true people - sitting with a sat guru, or in a group meeting seeking that association. Inner satsang is to raise the consciousness to a level of realization that soul (atma) and Lord (Parmatma) are One. This typically involves listening to or reading scriptures, reflecting on, discussing and assimilating their meaning, meditating on the source of these words, and bringing their meaning into one’s daily life.

 

Mantra Chanting

Sound of Mantra can lift the believer towards the higher self. These sound elements of Sanskrit language are permanent entities and are of everlasting significance. In the recitation of Sanskrit Mantras, the sound is very important, for it can bring transformation in you while leading you to power and strength. Different sounds have different effects on human psyche. If a soft sound of wind rustling through leaves soothes our nerves, the musical note of running stream enchants our heart, thunders may cause awe and fear. The sacred utterances or chanting of Sanskrit Mantras provide us with the power to attain our goals and lift ourselves from the ordinary to the higher level of consciousness. They give us the power to cure diseases; ward off evils; gain wealth; acquire supernatural powers; worship a deity for exalted communion and for attaining blissful state and attain liberation will be taught in an appropriate manner. 

 

Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga focuses on improving strength, flexibility, posture, and balance in mind. Helps greatly in dealing with the exam and peer pressure. It also, provides a peaceful atmosphere inside one’s self to evaluate decisions properly.
