Welcome to the Teacher Training Course. If you are looking to deepen your practice and learning about the yogic philosophy or wanting to pursue a career as a yoga teacher then this course is for you. We have carefully scheduled this course on weekly basis as per mutually agreed time. We request six hours per week for theory over 10 weeks. The nature of the program will demand your full commitment, but rest assured the intensity will be matched by experiences of joy, connection and lasting friendships as you discover your most powerful self.

What you will learn

200-hour teacher training program is a foundation of yoga practice and philosophy; enabling graduates to competently and safely teach dynamic group and private client yoga classes. Teacher Training will give you a chance to understand the broader context of yoga, which will deepen your understanding and will provide some applicability to other parts of your life. Some of the topics we will cover are :

Philosophy of Yoga

Methodology of teaching Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga

Asanas and Pranayama

The Subtle Body and Work Experience

Meditation and Ayurveda

Chakras and Mantra chanting

Reading material

What we provide

Certification

Successful graduates (having completed all class hours, assignment and financial agreements) will be awarded the 200 Hour Certificate of Completion registered with Yoga Alliance. After completion teachers can register with Yoga Alliance as RYT-200.

20hrs teaching trials provided at Studio ( work experience)
