Terms & Policies

Memberships

  • Memberships are paid weekly in advance for the following one week of practice.

  • Memberships are valid across both our Seven Hills and Gosford studio.

  • For Direct Debit Membership suspensions, we require a two-week notice prior to your next billing date and suspension is possible in two-week blocks, a cancellation fee applies if the memberships are suspended before its expiry.

  • You may hold your membership for up to 2 weeks at a time due to travel or sickness.

  • Requests to suspend memberships must be made in writing by emailing to admin@kriyayogastudio.com.au. Requests will not be accepted by any means other than email.

  • The class passes and memberships exclude attendance at guest teachers’ classes and workshops.

  • Passes and memberships cannot be shared. Anyone found to be sharing their pass or membership will be denied entry and have their pass or membership cancelled.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the weekly auto-debit. Should a payment be declined for any reason, Kriya Yoga Pty Ltd reserves the right to process payment at anytime to settle any debt owed. If an auto-debit is declined due to insufficient funds, the transaction will fail which requires additional administration and yields additional bank costs. Unfortunately, Ezidebit may charge a fee for failed transactions. This fee is debited 7 days after the failed payment.

  • Kriya Yoga Pty Ltd is not responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.

  • The terms and conditions of our third-party biller Ezidebit form a binding component of your membership agreement. They can be found in hard copy at reception.

  • The membership will auto renew after the contract period unless they are cancelled by you in writing by email to admin@kriyayogastudio.com.au. We require at least 7 business days’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations will not be accepted by any means other than email.

  • All account debts must be settled before cancellation of membership can be finalised.

  • We reserve the right to cancel memberships.

Private Class Policy

  • Registration and payment is required prior to class commencement to confirm your booking and payment in part or full confirms your private booking and is therefore strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Please provide 48 hours’ notice in the event that you need to cancel and/or reschedule your booking. Please note that students cancelling a Private Yoga Class with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged for the missed session.

    Short Course Cancellation Policy

  • Registration and payment is required prior to course commencement to guarantee your place and payment in part or full confirms your place on a class, course or program and is therefore strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. In special circumstances if you are unable to attend the course/program for which you have booked we may offer a transfer at our discretion.

    Privacy Policy

  • Kriya Yoga will only collect and store information about you that is necessary to assist us in responding to your enquiry, request or comments.

  • Our privacy policy ensures your data will not be provided to any other organisation, however, we may from time to time contact you with offers of products or services in which we believe you may be interested.

  • From time to time Kriya Yoga may use photography and/or video in our advertisements including but not limited to social media, print media and websites. If you are attending a Teacher Training module or an in-studio class/ workshop etc and do not wish your image or likeness to be used for such purpose please let a member of Kriya Yoga’s team such as your class instructor know.
